Swansea Arena

Located at the heart of the Copr Bay masterplan, Swansea Arena is a pivotal component in the strategic revitalization of the city. Functioning as both a local hotspot and a regional magnet, the arena has the capacity to draw individuals back to the city centre, rekindling the connection for those who may not have visited Swansea in years.

Eastbrook Studios

London's largest film and television production center is situated in Dagenham, East London. The facility features up to 12 sound stages, three acres of backlot, offices, and ancillary space, amounting to over half a million square feet.

Dundee Railway Station

New £38m railway station at the waterfront in Dundee has now opened. The building takes it's place as one of the major new landmarks in the city's regeneration.

Kelham Works

Kelham Works Sheffield is part of the Kelham Islands Urban Village development consisting of micro apartments for Student Living.

Picts Hill

A residential development using Structural Insulated Panels with additional timber support. Outer rainscreen consisting of 2mm Cor-ten steel with LED lighting features.

Galliford Try

Part of a multi-million pound regeneration project in the London Borough of Sutton, this building replaces the former gas works. The store includes a 350 space car park at ground level, with the commercial area above to save on space.
