Part of a multi-million pound regeneration project in the London Borough of Sutton, this building replaces the former gas works. The store includes a 350 space car park at ground level, with the commercial area above to save on space.

Site conditions and storage were very tight, meaning the project was designed, scheduled and built in strict phases.

The main design feature is a varied pitch roof with a large secretly fixed soffit and fascia area.

The building contains over 12000 sq m of floor space, most of which benefits from natural day light through the use of roof lights.
