Kelham Works Sheffield is part of the Kelham Islands Urban Village development consisting of micro apartments for Student Living.

The building envelope consisted of the following;

Roof – AS35/1000 panels including fascias and soffits.
Walls – Rukki Rome S34 vertically and Vitrabond ACM panels to recessed areas
